Cancellation and Refund Policy

Note: All sales are final once the order has been dispatched. We currently have a No Return Policy due to the nature of our products (Dhoop and Agarbatti).

  1. Returns and Replacements: We do not offer returns or replacements once the order has been dispatched. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final upon shipment.
  2. Disclaimer (Product Quality): Product appearance may occasionally differ from the images or specifications due to continuous quality improvements. We are not responsible for typographical errors in descriptions or prices.
  3. Cancellation of Order (By Company): All products and information on this Website constitute an “invitation to offer”. We reserve the right to cancel any order without explanation if we are unable to meet the order requirements or if it does not comply with our policy. We ensure timely communication of any cancellations, and applicable refunds will be processed within a reasonable time.
  4. Cancellations and Refunds by the Customer (Pre-Dispatch Only):
    • If we receive a cancellation request before the order has been shipped, we shall cancel the order and refund the entire amount (product value + associated charges).
    • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, and no refund will be processed.
    • The customer agrees to accept our decision regarding cancellations as final.
  5. Refund of Order (Post-Delivery – Limited Circumstances):
    • Refunds are only offered for manufacturing defects, transit damages, or wrong products received, upon providing supporting evidence (photos/videos).
    • The Company’s decision on post-delivery refunds is final and binding.
    • Charges like shipping fees, packaging charges, cash on delivery, or bank charges are non-refundable.
